Returns will be issued as store credit or if you are needing another size/item, we will ship out as soon as we receive the returned item.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be exchanged.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimsuits and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $4.00.
We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.
Standard shipping orders can take 5-7 business days to be shipped.
All USPS orders placed by 12PM CST will ship out the same day if it is a business day(Monday-Friday). All orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.

Delays with USPS shipping
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact USPS. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Clarion Couture is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times. We will not refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she/he enters the shipping address correctly. Clarion Couture is not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
