Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?

Our standard shipping rate within the continental United States is $4 per order. However, we do offer free shipping on orders within the U.S. that are over $75.

How soon can I expect my order?

Any USPS order placed by 12 pm CST will ship out the same day, as long as it’s a business day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12 pm CST will ship out the following business day. Standard shipping orders usually take around five to seven business days from the day they’re shipping to arrive at your door.

My shipment didn’t arrive on time; what do I do?

Unfortunately, Clarion Couture is not responsible for delays with USPS shipping. If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, you should contact USPS directly for more information.

USPS lost my shipment, what do I do?

Clarion Couture is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once we ship your package, the US Postal Service becomes responsible for your order. If you have problems with your order after the time of shipment, you should contact your local USPS office to obtain more information regarding your package.

When should I contact you about a problem with the shipment?

We want all your products to arrive safely at your door. However, if there is a problem with your tracking number or packing deliver, please contact USPS prior to contacting us. In addition, please wait to contact us until after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will do what we can to help with your order, but we rely on USPS to deliver packages and cannot make guarantees for their services.

Returns

I would like to return my items, do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, Clarion Couture does not offer refunds. We do accept exchanges within seven business calendar days from the day you receive your order.

How do I exchange my items?

We accept exchanges for items within 7 business days of the date you receive your order. All returns will be issued as store credit.

My item is damaged; what do I do?

Damages must be reported within three days of receiving your items. After that time, we will not be able to offer you an exchange for your order.

Are there any items I won’t be able to exchange?

If your item is marked as Final Sale or discounted above 40% off, it is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. In addition, gift cards, cosmetics, bras, intimates, camisoles, slips, tights, and swimsuits are all final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If your returned items have makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other product stains, they are not eligible for exchange. They will be shipped back to you and may be subject to additional shipping costs.

My item doesn’t look like the online picture. Can I send it back?

The exact colors and patterns of our merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These variances do not qualify as defects, but the item can be returned. The buyer will pay return shipping in order to exchange these items.
