  • We accept Exchanges within 7 business calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns will be issued as store credit or if you are needing another size/item, we will ship out as soon as we receive the returned item.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be exchanged.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
  • Gift Cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimsuits and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

SHIPPING

  • Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $5.00. 
  • We do offer free shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States.
  • Standard shipping orders can take 5-7 business days to be shipped.
  •  All USPS orders placed by 12PM CST will ship out the same day if it is a business day(Monday-Friday). All orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
  • Clarion Couture is NOT responsible for:
  • Delays with USPS shipping
  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service  will be responsible once we ship the packages.
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
  •  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
